Aloha Friday #1!

This is my first time trying out Aloha Friday! It's a weekly blog event that started at An Island Life where I ask a simple question, answer it, then invite you to answer it also!

I don't have a lot of followers yet so I'm not sure how much feedback there will be, BUT we live in Hawaii and I thought I owe it to my (relatively new) home to follow tradition and celebrate Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is a day to relax a little bit and look forward to the weekend.

So here we go!

Do you do Spring Cleaning every year? When do you start?

I definitely did not always do Spring Cleaning, and for two out of the past three springs I have been pregnant and that had a big effect on everything I did. This year though I am ready and raring to go! I've been decorating the whole house, hanging up pictures, scouring Ross for new wall art, and organizing organizing organizing!

What about you?

  1. I usually do do Spring Cleaning - and again in the Fall. There have been some years that I've not done the super duper deep cleaning, and just an extended lighter mode for a couple of months. But this year I definitely need to do a deep cleaning come Spring! :)

  3. My family and I most definitely do Spring cleaning-I must be the only weirdo out there that absolutely LOVES it xD

Although, I enjoy cleaning in general (most of the time).

Happy Friday!! I'm your newest follower :D

  4. I have to admit once I start I have trouble stopping. It's the everyday chores that I don't like!

    Thanks for following!!

  5. I do. I put away the sheets and wipe windows and fans down etc.

    I start when I feel like I can tackle what's coming :))
