Ozeri Pro II Digital Kitchen Scale Review

Giveaway Coming Soon!!!

I think kitchen scales are really important. I use mine almost every day. If you are managing your weight or counting calories, a good scale is an important tool! A scale will let you know exactly how much you are consuming. Check nutrition labels for serving sizes and then use the scale to measure out an exact amount. Eyeballing can lead to a surplus in calorie consumption so watch out!

Ozeri is a company that makes some really fabulous things for your home! I got a chance to review the Ozeri Pro II Digital Kitchen Scale and I have to say that  I LOVE IT! I've been using an old fashioned scale for a while and now that I have a nice digital one I just don't know how I got along without it!

The Ozeri Pro II will weigh accurately from 1 g to 12 lbs, making it really useful in the kitchen. It features a timer which counts up or counts down, as well as 3 modes: a flashing LED light, an alarm, and a combination of the two. You can change the unit from lb, g, kg, and oz.

My favorite part is how small and light it is. It's battery operated so I can easily store it in the cupboard without having to worry about Mr. C pulling it out and damaging any toes (his or mine).

BUT, also really cool is that Ozeri is the first manufacturer of digital kitchen scales to use Microban. Microban is an antimicrobial substance that is infused during manufacturing to limit odor and maintain product cleanliness.

Here is a video review I did for your enjoyment! :) Go easy on me, it's my first one! If you like what you see please like and subscribe, there will be more to come! :D

I was given the opportunity to review this product because of the efforts of the wonderful ladies at The Pitch List!

  1. The timer feature is really neat. I have never seen a kitchen scale with a timer. It's great that it has a LED flashing light AND an alarm. You don't have to worry about staying in the kitchen to keep checking on your food. I just had a thought, if you want to "sample" your baking before others get into it, you could just use the LED light. That would give you a head start on everyone else. LOL
