I basically want to throw away everything in the fridge and start anew. Is that wrong?
I feel like I could walk in with a grocery bag, grab the bag of coffee out of the fridge, the kids' chicken nuggets and my bottle of vodka out of the freezer and be good to go. Toss the rest!
Moving is a really great time to become a minimalist. It's so much easier to let go of something when you're forced to consider packing it, transporting it, and unpacking it. I have a whole trash bag of items ready to be donated to the airman's attic. That's after I went through the whole house a couple weeks ago and donated bags of things. Who needs all this stuff??
Anyway. Enough of that. I have homework to do. What I really wanted to do here was give you a glimpse of our moving experience and new house! And by glimpse I mean crappy pictures I took with my 2 year old phone (in other words, ancient).

Things will hopefully be back to normal soon! I'm looking forward to bringing you some awesome Halloween tutorials. See you soon!

I do not envy you my dear. I've never liked moving. :/
ReplyDeleteThat closet is huge! I would love something like that.
ReplyDeleteMoving is always a huge job. My ex moved me all over the place before I ended up in San Diego. Not looking forward to another move.
ReplyDeleteWe had a huge closet like that once. It was great! Wish I still had it.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're close to being done. Moving stinks! Especially with kids.
