I basically want to throw away everything in the fridge and start anew. Is that wrong?
I feel like I could walk in with a grocery bag, grab the bag of coffee out of the fridge, the kids' chicken nuggets and my bottle of vodka out of the freezer and be good to go. Toss the rest!
Moving is a really great time to become a minimalist. It's so much easier to let go of something when you're forced to consider packing it, transporting it, and unpacking it. I have a whole trash bag of items ready to be donated to the airman's attic. That's after I went through the whole house a couple weeks ago and donated bags of things. Who needs all this stuff??
Anyway. Enough of that. I have homework to do. What I really wanted to do here was give you a glimpse of our moving experience and new house! And by glimpse I mean crappy pictures I took with my 2 year old phone (in other words, ancient).
My walk in closet! It's so big we decided to giveaway our old dresser and just use this!
After a long day of packing.
Mr. C is great at unpacking. Note: This is what happened when I tried to barricade him into the kitchen while Mr. Eight was bringing heavy boxes in through the front door. All the fragile glass dishes are in the bottom there. Sigh.
