Workout Log 9/28

I'm starting a Workout Log to help keep me motivated and accountable for working out. Starting school and moving has been really hard on my ability and desire to workout :/ Well, the house is starting to get into a semblance of order, and I'm all caught up on school work, so it's time to kick it into gear! 

Yesterday's Workout (9/27): This was my first day getting back into working out. I decided to conquer a hill to boost my confidence :) Right outside of the gate nearest my house there is a long descending hill. Total ascent is only 170 ft. but it felt pretty good! Walked a few times but I finished :) 

Run: 2.7 mi; 33 min

Today's Workout (9/28): I was gonna hang out with Jillian and some 30 Day Shred but realized the video was on my other computer. So instead I chilled with Bob! Oh, Bob. How my quads despise you. 

Ever done a Bob workout? Try Cardio Conditioning. Wooooooo. Solid hour of Bob. There's only one water break and it's not until 45 minutes in! I can't explain how good it felt to have finished that workout. So instead I shall express myself with this awesome comic. :)

I'll post some stats this weekend when I find and unpack my bathroom scale :)

  1. So glad I'm not the only one with the need for motivation! I'm happy to follow along with you and boost each other up!! I just finished running my in-law's neighborhood which is 2 miles of mega-hills. Whew! It was my first run in about three weeks since I was out of commission with pneumonia. Man, I feel like I'm back at square one again. Ugh.

    Also - love that you do Jillian workouts. She kills me. Never tried a Bob workout though.... guess I'll check that out. I like the 30 minutes of Jillian that make me feel like I worked out for two hours, haha!

      I love Jillian's workouts for that same reason. I just found all of mine so I'll probably try to do that today. No, I WILL do that today! :D

      Bob's workouts are like that too.. except you workout for an hour and you feel like you've been working out all day hahaha!

      I feel the same way about being at square one. I took a long break with the move and we were eating crap for weeks because of it. Ugh! Ready to get this going again!

  2. Lately I have no motivation to exercise. I know they say, the more exercise you do the more energy you have. I should start.
