You know what I love best about a 30 day challenge? It isn't going to last forever. They're also short workouts that start out easy and slowly build on themselves until you're pumping out 150 squats 29 days later. It's the same principle as the Whole30. You can do anything for 30 days!
A couple weeks ago I started a 30 Day Challenge board on Pinterest. My mom is visiting so we picked out one that would work for both us and my sister. There's a lot of variation here in fitness level and age, so I can really recommend it. We're at the end of the first week and I feel good!
Today I was able to do the Day 5 workout in the morning, followed by a run this evening.
